Snapshot Web Camera Challenge

Hi,

OK this may seem a little confusing but I'll try to keep it clear.

I have a web camera which is broadcast on my site www.yarmouthportal.com

I have been paying for the image to be broadcast and other little features such as "Save Image" & "Email Image".

After looking into my services I realised that it would be possible for me to host my own images and therefore saving some money.

I found that displaying the broadcast was not a problem but "Save Image" has been a nightmare.

Is it possible to grap an image from another site (my cameras ip) and prompt the user to save the image?

This is the snapshot from my camera http://217.155.209.14:2220/SnapshotJPEG?Resolution=320x240&Quality=Standard

It is updated everytime you refresh your browser.

Can anyone help?
