Problem with this program

I am taking a class on PHP and i was given a problem. I need to construct an HTML page that uses PHP to access a database and then return information according to which checkboxes and radio buttons are used.

I was also wondering how i could code this so that it displays the results on the bottom of the HTML page.

I have attached the files because they are too long to post.

Any help i can get would be greatly appreciated.

attached is a cleaner version, with a few errors fixed. aint gonna do it all as u need to learn the stuff b/c you'll prob be tested. I'm only here to help.

Ok i dont see where you did anything different to the code that i had already. It is still not even attempting to work.
