function:
missions list - employee can take missions or see what had boss want the employee do

employee list - some info about every employee

i think is enough. are some where had a system like this?

i think this easy work must had some people made at some years ago.

a mySQL database would do it pretty well. 3 tables: employees, missions and employee_mission_assignments. then you'd need to write some php scripts to let people create new employee and mission records and assign them to each other.
