I've googled this and there are so many I need to help.
I need a free PHP host who can do the follow
1 - Allow me to open a remote images
2 - Resize using GD
3 - Display this image when called from another site
Most free sites make you sign up before you can test them all. If anyone knows a site which can help please let me know.
