There is no magic bullet. If there were, the spammers could simply do it too and their junk would get through.
You could sign up for Yahoo, Comcast, and AOL accounts and keep modifying your HTML email until it gets through all three. Then you'd have a pretty good idea of how to get an email through this week. (The spam filters change from day to day so next week, you'd have to run the test all over again.)
Personally, I just send my clients a URL that they can click to open in a web browser. That has the benefit of letting me know who actually read the page.
