I am been looking for something cheaper for myself too without any luck
Dear Mr. Douglas,
Thanks for rapid answer!
Meanwhile I have another idea:
Suppose a webinar has a program for finding out e-mail adresses in an illegal mode.
he/she start to send the boiler plate to each recipient, including me and you.
How can I discourage such fraudent? The solution of message filtering is not good. Let's say "Irish lottery"; but this one uses phantom mail boxes. Another context: let's suppose an artist who try to sell own opera. Usually, such a person invite us at his/her website.
Goooood!
Suppose "you/I" invite him/her to visit our own special prepared web site contining a hidden program. I think that it might be a script code (php, C#, Java Standalone Application, it doesn't matter which one) in our home page.
Its unique scope is this one:
instead finding out a licence number, let's try to find out the version of that product used. If that product is let's say a Macromedia Dreamweaver older version, a 2003 FrontPage editor, or a CoffeeCup HTML ..., we must warn him/he, that he/she may use an illegal licence no. on the remote computer ... Of course this is a false message. A cracker laugh on me! But such warning (w/o precising the licence number, if the recipient is askin us) for an innocent artist is ... The effect is to escape on these unsolicited message.
In my own case a female sent her message to all Cc (not Bcc) recipients having d first letter from yahoo, Hotmail etc.!
I started the construction of site that contains a lot of links to php, asp, jsp,... and a page for software piracy. That is the most attractive, I suppose. If you are interested to visit it, please ask me the hyperlink in the next message .
Of course, I have no such a hidden script code !
Sincerely,
prof. dr. ing. Dan Gheorghe Somnea
PS It would be a challange to find out such a licence number in a real mode, like a spyware from MS Media Player records all MS suites detected on a PC visitng a download site from MS!
