Good Afternoon to Everyone,
I am hoping to find a good script out there that allows a user to upload an image, and include text information below that image. It would be great if the administrator could go back and change the text. Pretty much any good basis would be good. I'm new to PHP but have a good basic knowledge of it. I appreciate any help!
