help with problem uploading file 'zip' type -->for 20MB

Hi peeps..

Okay I just seeking some shed on light how to overcome my pitfal regarding uploading file type zip for 20MB size ...it seems cannot be achieve since I'm using shared hosting ..because I was told that I have to change the php.ini setting ...so hopw if there any PHP guru's here can give me some suggestion how can I achieve it..is it possible...I know how to code for a simple upload form using php so I really need help guys..if it impossible to achieve it just deny my message here...

With shared hosting I've used an ftp connexion through php.
