Hi!
My images are getting very poor on my website. They are uploaded through a owndefined webtool, and naturally they can come in different sizes. I then force them into a given height and depth in html on the output. I have heard of using php functions with GD library. What is this and how can I use it to compress the images the right way, when beeing copied on to the webhostserver. Also, should the hostmaster have anything installed on his server to start using the GD library with php?
Anyone with some knowledge about this, I would appreciate. 🙂
