I have a php script that allows me to upload pics and it generates thumbnails of those pics.
The thumbnail is viewable in my browser, but the original gives me a 403 Forbidden.
The hosting is on Yahoo. Is it them or me?

have you checked all the folder and image permissions?
The folder is 775. The pics were 600. I changed to 666 and I can see it.
Is it possible to chmod from 600 to 666 via php?
Maybe, by using [man]chmod/man. You probably only need to chmod to 644.
