I've been reading allot of articles about security with PHP. many people make comments about the security on PHP being very poor and I've seen recommendations in not using it for commercial applications. The most recent discussion on the subject I seen was on /.
What do you all think? Do you keep PHP as a hobby personal development and use something else for commercial solutions?
As I understand it, PHP can be secure if its programmed well. However, is this security programming needed in all other applications? Or is PHP weaker in protecting itself?
