Regarding webmails in PHP

I was developing a site where members will upload there images via there mobile with the help of mail id generated at the time of registration as [e-mail],i was strucked with a problem that iam unable to retrive the mails which are coming to the webmail in my control panel into my PHP code.

Can anyone help me how to catch mail from webmail in PHP?

Can any one help me in writing the PHP code for catching the mails from the webmail in the control panel to my website when member send an email to the given address.

The concept is that i have developed a site where members can post there images in the website with the help of there cellphones by using the mail id given when they are registered.such as [e-mail],when he sends the images with that id iam able to receive the mail to my webmail in the control panel.but iam unable to catch those mails which were sent by the member into my php program?so can any one help me how to write the php code for catching those mails in my website?

You don't need the web mail and you don't need the control panel.

[e-mail] is a mailbox. PHP can read mail directly from the mailbox without going through the web mail in the control panel. This page http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.imap.php has sample PHP code showing you how your PHP script can get mail (including attachments) from your mailbox.
