Hotmail Loves Sending My Emails To Junk Mail

Ok ive been working on getting email sent that don't send directly to junk mail for a while now...

So far i have my emails getting sent to the inbox of gmail , outlook, yahoo accounts. However im still having trouble with HOTMAIL. :mad:

Ive been reading around and there seems to be increased settings for hotmail but have yet to be able to configure my system for these!

I am wondering if anyone has any experience/ ideas that i could try?

Im using IIS & Exchange server

One possibility is that the IP address of your web host has been "black-listed" by HotMail. If that is the case, some of your options would be: (a) move to a non-black-listed host (and hope it does not become black-listed), (b) use SMTP through a non-black-listed email host to send your email, (c) look into using things like Sender ID and/or Sender Score Certified.

Tried all of the things you mentioned, however i still get my emails sent to junk mail in hotmail.
So far:

ussually if your black listed you don't get the emails sent to the junk mail folder (or so im told) and also ive checked sources and i am not black listed
ive looked into Sender ID & Sender Score Certified with no sucess

What format do you use ? Plain text ? HTML ? HTML and plain text ? Do you use images ? Do you have an example of an email (including headers) ?

Also i have tried the email in anti-spam filters and got a 99% result. I don't know how accurate these are but my email seems fine when i tested it there

Yes, this happens when you use mail() function.
I would suggest you to use SMTP server to send your e-mails.
You can use PHPMAILER class to send e-mail using SMTP.
