I recommend you to install xampp instead of installing the different parts, it will be much easier.

Again to learn PHP. If you already know any programming language it will be pretty easy to do a few tutorials to get the basic. If you don't know programming I recommend you to take some kind of course to learn the basic, it does not even have to be in PHP.

Sorry that this post is kind of confusing, I hope that you can understand what I mean anyway.
