PHP Interview - hints

Hi All,

Since graduating I have been applying for some PHP roles and a recruiter has got in contact with me about a possible interview.

I have had interviews before but nothing to do with a PHP Dev Role - So I'm wondering if any experienced PHP Devs can give me some hints on what questions they are likely ask about PHP - technically ?? - So I can better prepare myself!

Below is a job summary...

Web Developers urgently required. My client is currently seeking 2 web developers to join its rapidly expanding development team. The company specialise in the development of software for the entertainment industry and have expanded by over 70 per cent in the last 5 years. The successful candidates will require a full understanding of the full development life cycle and should have a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial web development.

In addition you should a good knowledge of PHP and MySQL. In return the company will give you the opportunity to be creative and will encourage you to implement your ideas. They also offer you a range of technical tools to develop with and welcome suggestions for new development languages.

"Two years' PHP experience" would imply knowing about what issues can arise in a migration from PHP4 to PHP5. What can you say about that?

Of course "good knowledge of PHP and MySQL" and "two years' commercial experience" doesn't imply "two years' PHP experience".
