i want to release my CMS but im confused about the GNU/GPL etc and open source
i want it so people are still allowed to write mods etc for it, but i still want overall copyright on the original script
i think understand the basics of GNU/GPL - it allowed people to download it freely an redistribute it freely? am i correct?
if so is there a license which permits only me to redistribute it?
