Hi there guys, I am creating an Instant Quote Script for a site I am designing. PHP is not my strong point so I bought a script that should do the job from a coder. The script works great with their example but I am finding it hard to customise and I was wondering if one of you could help.

Below the user can pick what activities they want to engage in, either in the AM or PM.

If anyone could shed any light on how to get the desired results I would be very grateful, I have tried myself with no luck. I am having major trouble trying to find out how to only display activities that have been picked.
