I have been developing in PHP for a while now but there are occassions where I cannot solve problems - even via PHP Builder.net. Is there anyway on this site that acts as a platform for offering work to PHP Developers.

Instead of delegating your work, you might also want to consider WHY you do not get your questions answered? Some of the people here are expert programmers, who can easily sort out 99.99% of the problems presented. What I have seen so far from your posts, the problems are not difficult to solve, but they do require you to test some things, and read carefully what is being suggested.

Most people here however do not like to waste time on people unwilling to listen, or try something which is outside their 'frame-of-thought'.
