poll script for multiple question

hi,

i need to work on poll script..which shld wrk as follows..
suppose say thr is category of politicians...
say 3 politicians...thn thr shld b sub-category of questions..
such tht each politician hve 3 question with options..
so each politician shld be voted for tht set of questions..
and votes result shld be displayed based on question and politician..
hw do i do this?

i hve a form which displayes all politicians and questions associated with thm...how do i generate results..i need to kno how to process results for same.
