[RESOLVED] 'refresh' giving me problems

hi i am a noob,😃

i have a form page, that submits to a php page using $_GET. The PHP page writes a new line of values to a text file.🙂

unfortunately, if the user hits the refresh button on the PHP page, then a new line is written to the text file.:mad:

how can i prevent this?

Easiest at the moment I'd say:
=> Check whether the record exists in the database
or
=> Set a session variable (say, form1_Processed = true)
