Success Story Wanted: PHP 5.1.x plus APC enabled on Win2K or 2K3 (as an IIS isapi)

Could anyone provide correct setting/version info for the following:
PHP 5.1.x with php_apc.dll enabled, using php5isapi.dll
on Windows 2000 or 2003 ?
I have tried many ways on my server but without luck.
It keep reporting "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at "
