error connecting Database - Mysql

Hi,
Using DBDesigner4 (fabForce), i tried to connect with database and it gives me error, "dbExpress error", i gave the correct username and password that i used to connect in Mysql.
Please help me , why iam getting this error.
I could not get help from that web site.

A little code to see how you try to connect would surely help. Just use xxx as username and password, don't publish that.

when i open, DBDesigner4, Database design Tool, i click a menu called "Database"
There is a menu item "Connection to database", if i click that one, a dialog box opens, "select database connection" from that box there is "New Database connection", button to select, then a dialog box opens asking for connection name, database name, driver, Hostname, username and password.
after giving all the information, its giving "Connection to database failed: dbExpress error-Invalid Username/password".
Please help me.

When I say code I mean the PHP code that you use to connect to the database. It will surely be generated by the program, you just have to find it and post here.

I am not using any code to connect with MySQL since i am using DBDesigner4 tool.

Ok, I have looked briefly on DBDesigner4 and I understand it a bit better. Since this is a PHP forum I just assumed that you worked with PHP and had trouble to connect that to the database, and I thought that DBDesigner4 was some kind of PHP system.

Unfortunatley I can't help you out, and I doubt that anyone else here can. This question is better to ask on a forum that supports DBDesigner, they might be able to help you out.

Of course you can ask. But since the main thing here is PHP and this is not PHP related or a simple query you probably won't get the help you need.
