That was a good response leatherback...I am not sure there really is a good answer about how to make a website, since it is in the end all either an individual with a great idea they want to convey or it is a group that has come to an idea of how to present their own ideas, music, movies, thoughts on life, how to do things, or even current events as well as many other matters of general or specific interest.
Hmmm...how to make a website, well that depends on what you want to do and what kind of audience you are looking to appeal to. Thinking of it in these terms then I guess PHP really doesn't matter unless of course your subject is PHP programming and that is kinda what this site is all about (I presume).
Oh well you gotta start somewhere and probably the newbee (aka newby or noob and other such stuff) is just now learning this. As you pointed out leatherback there is much to learn prior to posting in these forums about PHP and perhaps tclan will heed your advice. I welcome his enthusiasm and hope he find encouragement in these forums after some study to come back and ask real bonafide PHP queries and is able to learn more on his journey of web development.
