large HTML parse

I have an HTML chart that has the possibility of having several hundred, even thousand, cells. I AM looking for any information on making it load faster from the web server. It comes into view row by row.

Is this a browser issue or web server issue?

What are somethings I could to improve this speed?

Not sure, but if it's IE, you could try setting "table-layout: fixed;" on the table itself and also explicitly setting the width of each cell. Here's some more info:

You might also want to make sure the page is being flushed at appropriate intervals.

What do you mean flush at intervals? How do I do this?

Default output buffering options should be fine. In your case, I would just avoid say calling flush() after each row. If you're not messing w/it you should be fine.
