Selecting a directory without files

I'm creating a program that uses an input directory and an output directory. I would like the user to be able to "select" which directories to use. What is the best way to do this? (without actually having to type the directory path in) Thanks for any tips!

Do you want them to be able to browse to the folder and just click on it? Do you want this done via a popup box or javascript or do you want it to be hyperlinks on a webpage? There are several different ways your issue could be solved...

Sorry for being so vauge. Here is the form I was talking about:

I would like for the user to be able to click "Select" to select an input and output directory. The only difference is that this would be on a Windows systems instead of Linux running PHP5. I would like to have something like this, except the user would select a directory instead of a file:
