MIE doesn't display utf-8 chars in source code

I have all my pages in UTF-8.

UTF-8 characters are displayed correct in all browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer.

I just discovered that if I look in source code, MIE all non-english characters displays incorect, like this:

Ä

This happends only with my website. This is the header of my pages:

To make it more clear: MIE displays all pages correct, the problem is with source code only.

Does IE7 still start up Notepad to display HTML source or does it, like Firefox, now have a source viewer built in? Notepad can't even display line breaks properly a lot of the time...

It's IE 6.0.29. It opens Notepad. Non-English characters of other sites it displays correct, but not my website. I can not understand - is there something wrong with my website or it's MIE/Notepad problem.
