I am a newbie to PHP and MySQL (actually to computer programming in general). I'm getting tired of sending queries to see what databases I have, what tables they have, etc.
I imagine there is software (preferably the free variety) that allows you to see and navigate through MySQL and its databases. It may even allow you to edit it.
Maybe something like a web page that initially displays a drop-down selection box that is pre-filled with all of the databases I have. Then when you select the db, another drop-down selection box pops up showing you the pre-filled tables in the selected db. Then if you select a table, the table and its contents are displayed in the browser. All along you may have options to click to edit features and contents of your dbs.
Anything like this out there? 😕
