offer/counter-offer system

hi there,

i was wondering how I can set a offer / counter-offer system.

I have 'paying' and 'free' users.

the free users in their account have a place to specify their current rate. I want the 'paying' users to be able to search and be able to pull up 'free' users current rate and make an offer for a better rate.

Then allow the 'free' user to accept or deline with a little comment box.

I dont get how the interaction between the 'paying' and 'free' users would work and how to get the offer saved so the 'free' user getting the offer would be able to see it.

Do you know how to do PhP?

Be a bit more specific. To me it sounds like you do not know databases, do not know sql and do not know php. Otherwise: please show us what you have tried so far.

It is pretty straight forward to do this, but you need to be a bit more specific on what part you are struggling with
