[RESOLVED] [ASK] How 2 uninstall PHPTriad...

Hi...
a newbie here need a help....

I have PHPTriad in my pc (windows xp)

I like 2 learn how 2 install apache, php & mysql separately n configure them by myself...
but I dunno how 2 uninstall PHPTriad I use before & clean up all the registry...

please somebody teach me....

Have you opened up Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel and looked for PHPTriad in the list of applications?

Did this program create a group in your Start Menu under Programs? If so, is there an Uninstall shortcut in there?

that's the problem.... I didn't find it listed in Add/Removed Program n there's no uninstall shortcut in Start Menu 🙁

When I installed PHPTriad on a test machine, it extracted files to C:\apache\ . Inside that directory was an uninstall.exe utility as well. Try running that.

Last question : after uninstal... is it ok if I delete the apache folder including some files left in my system directory???

The Apache folder, yes. As for the "some files" in your system directory, I haven't the faintest clue about which files you're talking about.
