order form help

hey guys cold somebody help me make an order form?

i juste need a couple of fields

like

name
phone number

business name

lots of item# and QTY fields

and a comment box.

it needs to be sent by email with a confirmation that the order has been received.

it would be very helpfull thx

Well, tutorials are for helping you learn how to do it yourself. You can't expect any of them to provide shrink-wrapped solutions that do exactly what you want. (And you can't expect us to, either.)

i donm't what you guys to do i just want help. caus i can do the form but it is the sending part that confuses me along with the confirmation

Well techker why dont you show the code you currently have and let us know what else you want it to do or not do as it is currently and I am sure you will soon resolve your problem.
