Error when uploading 2 files via php

I have a php script which allows me to upload an mp3 and a jpg in the same form.
(files are written to the same directory)

Everything works fine when I upload a 200k jpg and a 100k mp3 file

However, when I upload the 200k .jpg and a 4 MB mp3, the mp3 gets uploaded fine but the image is not uploaded for some reason.

This happens with all browsers.

my php.ini settings are:
post_max_size 55MB
upload_max_filesize 55MB
max_execution_time 4000

Can anyone steer me in the right direction to pin point why this may be happening?

It can be other error then number two you've taken into account. Echo $_Files['name']['error'] for all your file inputs and see what it shows when you upload bigger files.

echo $_FILES['name']['error'];

After you got the integer, you would of course cross-reference it with the error codes listed on this manual page: [man]features.file-upload.errors[/man].

Also, when posting PHP code, please use the board's [PHP][/PHP] bbcode tags - they make the code much, much easier to read (as well as aiding the diagnosis of syntax errors). You should edit your post now and add these bbcode tags to help others in reading/analyzing your code.
