The bottom with the exceptions means that the extensions can't be loaded. What OS are you using? If it's windows, try adding the path to PHP to the Windows PATH environment variable.
As for the stray "{ ?>" marks on the page, that's a coding issue. You'd have to look at the code to fix that.
