The reason we use a forum is so that other people can see what questions you are asking and learn from the answers. Another reason that we use a forum is so that the answers are archived so that when people have questions, they can search the forums to see if their question has already been answered.
Also, if you want help, I think you need to pay some attention to how you write the subject line and body of your post. The way you wrote your Post makes it sound like you just want free consulting and I'm sure that's not what you meant.
Instead of "NEED HELP!!!", your subject line should have read, "Getting XXXXX error when I install ZZZZZZZ software". This way, when future people search on XXXXXX error or ZZZZZZ software, they will find your post and hopefully the answer will be inside.
Lastly, posting the same message in two categories is called cross posting and is generally frowned upon - and will help get you ignored.
