[RESOLVED] Matching Numbers

Dear All

I've a folder with images that are numbered 0001.jpg, 0002.jpg, and so on till 08000.jpg

In database I've their Identity as 1,2 and so on till 8000

Now i need to match each identity to its image in the folder and update the database with the the image name.

How do i match these??? since it has preceding zeros?

Please can anybody help!

Use [man]str_pad[/man] for there DB identity and [man]strcmp[/man] for binary safe string comparison ...

Thanks bogu for the help, I renamed the files using RenameMaster stipping off the leading zeros and then compared it and updated the database
