lets play with regexes!

trying to match:

<b>Listeners: 108 @ 128kbps, 33 @ 32kbps.</b>

my attempt, that fails

preg_match('/(<b>Listeners\:)(.*)(<\/b>)/',$string,$listeners);

Oddly enough, I tested it out and it worked for me; it matched...:queasy: Are you trying to get it to match or not match?

: isn't a special character in regexps.

preg_match('/<b>Listeners\: ([0-9]+).*, ([0-9]+).*<\/b>/i',$string,$listeners);

worked for me after an hour hour of toying and staring at my cheatsheet

for some reason using the case-insensitive switch made it work... even tho the case i specified in my regex was the same as on the site... but i wont argue with results
