I'm a newbie to PHP and I am running into trouble with creating a form. I have used web2mail and tried to modify it but it gets me nowhere. The standard web2form worked fine but once I tried to modify the script to expand the form and format the emails, i ran into trouble. Currently the form works but once it attempt to submit it reloads the page with all the info. I am trying to have name and name as required fields. Also trying to require at least one of the fields to be entered in(services, comments or general questions) but I am not sure if this can be done.
If someone can please take a look at the code and help me make corrections I will be forever grateful. thank you
