Weird question

Hello,
I made the mistake of not doing any programming for a while and now I am having a problem. None of my php programs will display when I try them through local host. (I tried 4 or 5 including ones that have prevously displayed for me without a problem). The path I am using is C:/inetpub/wwwroot/yourprogram.php Is this correct?

I think you want to open them through
http://localhost/some/folder/or/file.php

You need to make sure your webserver is started, and that the files are in your webroot though.
