I have an art site that showcases artists and their work. I manually install featured artist galleries but would like to automate this process. I see these web sites with the ability for a user to sign up, receive a user name and password and upload their own work virtual galleries all the time, and most are php. I have checked out scripts such as Gallery and Coppermine, but these do not have this capability. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, because I seem to be missing the boat here.
