Create text effects

Hi,

I want to create text effects using PHP and GD. Using arc text style or what ever. For example I want the following result.

Ya, I browsed it many times ago but, i need more help. i need code for at least one style, i can manage for the rest. I have to draw the shapes like in the word art.
