I'm currently a Delphi web developer and have experience in several languages but when it comes to making PHP games (espicially with Ajax), I have no idea.
There is one book on making PHP games (called "PHP Game Making" by Muska and Lipman) but it doesn't seem to be very good.
The type of game I'd like to make is your "typical" web-based MMORPG but as I mentioned I really don't have any idea where to start. I know a tiny bit of PHP (and I can easily research how to construct classes, etc), but I don't know how to structure my overall site layout (in PHP) to make an MMORPG game...
