Uploaded, GD'd images don't show up?

Actually, with Safari, on some systems, the pictures won't show up - but I can't show the site. ;(

Has anybody ever experienced a problem where when you upload pics, make thumbnails, GD the images, they won't show up in the browser although they clearly exist. I can access them directly, but not all on the page.

To me, this sounds like a permissions problem but I can't find anything. Certainly, the folder is 777 - the images are 644 after they up uploaded. I'm not doing anything to permissions though (SAFE MODE).

Anybody have any insight into something like this?

If you can access them directly (But through the browser, obviously), there is no issue with permissions.
If you cannot access them in the page, it sounds to me like you have a problem with the link in the page..

Perhaps this a browser bug? Hmmm...

If they show up in other browsers then logic would have that things are just fine. The page actually validates completely...

Thanks for the note...sanity restored this is bigger than just an upload script being weird.
