[RESOLVED] submit buttons

Is there a difference between a person clicking the submit button in a form or hitting the enter key to submit the form? I have a form that gives a blank page when someone doesn't fill out the form and presses the enter key, but gives you an error code and redisplays the form if you click the submit button with your mouse. I've never ran across anything like this before, so thanks in advance.

If I don't remember it totally wrong the value that is sent with the submit button may not be sent if the user press return. It may cause troubles if you use that value to validate that the form is sent.

Other than that I don't think that there is any difference.

Thanks, once I sent the variable as hidden I was able to use either. That makes all the sense in the world. Now hopefully I won't forget this later on.
