[RESOLVED] I need more than one product to show!?!?!

I have some code that allows users of my site to see what related products they could buy once they visit they're shopping basket. I have two problems the first being that only one referred product is showing and some products have two or three referred products. The second problem is it's only looking at one item in the basket for its referred products (the last one in the basket). The code below should make more sense of this:

	while ($referproductRow = mysql_fetch_array ($referproductResults)){
	$referProductName1 = $referproductRow["pid"];
	$referProductName = $referproductRow["txshort"];
	$refercategory = $referproductRow["cid"];
	$referpic = $referproductRow["image"];

$refercatsql = "SELECT * FROM categories WHERE cid LIKE '$refercategory'";
$refercatResults = mysql_query ($refercatsql);
while ($refercatRow = mysql_fetch_array ($refercatResults)){

$referstuff = "<br>People who buy this often buy $referProductName1 $referProductName</a>";

$review = preg_replace("/%mitch%/",$referstuff,$review);	

}}}}

This data is placed on another page by simply replacing the word %mitch% with the above data like so:

<?
%mitch%
?>

Well, after the first time you replace %mitch% with the contents of $referstuff (the first product from the first category - and why not use str_replace() instead of preg_replace()?) there aren't any %mitch%s left to replace with all the other products.

Build up the $referstuff string with all of the stuff you want, and then do the replacement.

Any ideas how i get $referstuff to contain all the details that i want to show then?

I've tried this but it brings up the last one to show only

$review = preg_replace("/%mitch%/",$referstuff,$review);

If I could just show more than one referred product for a product to start off with. And then I need to look at showing all referred products for all products in the basket.

When i echo like this, all the referred products come on as they should but not where %mitch% is:

$referstuff = "<br>People who buy this often buy $referProductName1 $referProductName</a>";
echo "$referstuff";
}}}}
$review = preg_replace("/%mitch%/",$referstuff,$review);

How can i build up the $referstuff string?
I'm sure this could be solved easily, just need to get $referstuff to hold more than one lot of data, which if you echo it, it does but when you replace %mitch% it only does it once

All i had to do was add this ".=" instead of this "="
