What is Easy phb 2.0? I've never heard of it, and google doesn't know what it is either.
To set up phpBB, all you have to do is download phpBB from www.phpbb.com and then extract the contents of the archive and upload to your site. Then create a mySQL database for the forum (via phpMyAdmin). Then just point your browser to www.yourdomain.com/your_phpBB_root/install and follow the instructions from there on out.
