I set up a new pc today with Vista business. Loaded Dreamweaver. Installed PhP 4.3.7. In teh process it had an error message when it tried to tie into IIS. It said to install it manually via the MMC. I can't find a place in the Management Console to do so? Didn't it used to ask for ASAPI modules? When in the heck do I tell IIS to use PHP?
I really hate to install Apache. Tried it once and gave up. I am not an OS guy. Just a simpe web site designer using Dreamweaver - PhP and Mysql.
If someone could just tell me how to tie PhP into Vista / IIS I would really appreciate it.
Granted, I don't have Vista installed but that did not stop me from performing a simple Google search.

The above addresses Vista RC1 but it should provide you with everything you need.
I used the above installation for my office pc as I can't run apache there. It worked well with no problems for php5
