Synchronisation Software

Depending where I am etc. I have data on various different forms... USB Stick, Desktop and Laptop.

Ware there any good synchronising programs to help me keep the data the same?

IE, when i plug my USB stick in it synchronises, or when i plug my laptop into the network with the desktop it synchronises.

Allway Sync is pretty good (and free).

Edit: I should have said free for personal use.

i've been using good goodsync. They have a completely free no strings attached version.
