help needed(writing to a config file)

hi guys.as iam new to php iam finding a very hard time coding for my project. i need a script which gets the information from user registration and writes it into a config file. pls guys.anyone who is willing to help me pls let me know.i will give u all the details.

I don't know what "user registration" might entail, but if it's simply a form, you'd access the form elements in the $_POST superglobal array (manual reference: [man]variables.predefined[/man]), [man]fopen/man a file (probably with a 'w' mode), [man]fwrite/man the data you desire, and [man]fclose[/man] the file pointer.

It's as easy as that!
