hiyya, i have a script that gets the data from my database however when i click on the print command the information gets printed out but the text is too small. I have looked up and know that there is a media=print. I wanted to know how i would use this in the style sheet to print the informatioon out but in a larger text. The page that geenrates the inofrmation I am using a table so how would i specify in the table the size of the font etc.

Another problem is that i would like a logo to appear on the print page but this is on the actual script. When the user clicks print they see the print version of the screen as well as a logo on the top of the page.

HELP! how do I do this.

Personally I prefer to pop up a window with the page formatted for print and with its own style sheet. That way I can control what is printed without having to css-out banners, nav, etc.

Not sure I follow you about the logo.

ok am i right here:
basically i need to create a new style sheet for printing and setting the size of the font. On top of each script I then use the link style sheet import code.

Since i am using a table how do i change the size of the font inside the table i.e. its rows and columns to be the same.

As regards to the logo, i donot want a logo to appear on the screen but when a user clicks print I want a logo to appear on the print preview and when they print the sheet out so that people know where the information has come from. But how do i do this?

The screen style-sheet should give the logo a {display: none;} - may have to embed it in a div to do that, never tried it with an image.

Table font? How do you want to do it? Tables can have inline style of their own or inherit from containing element, etc. Just give it an id and set font style in the normal way, or set a style global for all tables.

ok, i have the following table and inside the table the contents are displayed from my database. When the user clicks print i have created a style sheet. However, how do I enlarge or make the size of the font bigger of the contents in the style sheet. Thanks for any replies
