Hi all,

I have made a useful function for showing Vikram Sambat in a seperate PHP file.
I have found that this PHP file has been included by other sites.

How can I know that how many website(s) has included this PHP file ?

I don't really understand. A PHP file cannot be accessed from another server.

As when they try to access it they would only receive the output, no access to functions etc.

i'd suggest you use a tool, which evaluates the access.log from your apache server. for example "webalizer" is a good one. it will show you, how often your script has been called.

So i have this correct... you created a custom function for other people to download... you want to track how many people are using it on their websites?

well the best you can do is track how many times its downloaded, or include some kind of code in that function that will "call home" to your server and tell you its being used

But mine webserver does not have webalizer 🙁

I don't think there is any particularly easy way to solve it then.

do you have any other stats programs that will tell you?

You could always add code to the PHP function to make a log of sorts about the user.
