Anyone use Dragon NaturallySpeaking software or any other voice rec. software for php programming? If so, how well does it work for coding? Any feedback about this would really help me out.
Thanks,
-Danny

interesting idea... i think my fingers "talk" faster than i could... accuracy would be much better too
I feel the same way but if my wrist keep going in the direction they are I won't be able to type at all. I really need to find an efficient way to offload some of my work off my wrists.
Got me curious, mainly because a few years ago I was looking at VR software after my father had a stroke, and we weren't sure how much recovery of his motor skills he would have. (Thankfully, he's had a nearly 100% recovery and it wasn't needed in his case.)
Anyway, I poked around a bit and came across this site, which might prove of some use to you: http://voicecode.iit.nrc.ca/VoiceCode/public/ywiki.cgi
Thank you for the link, it looks like good stuff. must read on...
Vista is supposed to have a good voice recognition software built in (even in the basic package)
Although it is in Vista, and people don't seem all that keen over it.
